All items will need to be signed for on delivery. We are unable to leave items without a signature. We can send parcels to your home address or an alternative address. Please note our couriers are unable to make timed deliveries. Delivery times quoted are from time of collection by the courier company from our warehouse. We will endeavour to ship all items on the day the order is placed, however this is subject to the courier company having a vehicle available at the appropriate time/location.
UK: We offer 3 types of UK delivery as detailed below;
UK Economy (Usually 3 - 5 days to most areas of the UK) £2.99
UK Standard (Usually 1 - 2 days to most areas of the UK) £8.75
UK Priority (Next Day to most areas of the UK) £14.50
We are happy to deliver outside the UK, please contact us for further information.
Every effort will be made to dispatch your order promptly but please note that all deliveries are subject to stock availability. We will notify you at the time of ordering if any ordered items are temporarily out of stock.
OUT OF STOCK & PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Items that are marked as Pre-Order are temporarily out of stock but can be ordered on line in the usual way and they will be despatched as soon as they become available. If the product has an extended lead time we will let you know. In the event that we are unable to supply the item within a reasonable timescale we provide a full money back guarantee.

CREDIT & DEBIT CARDS
All our transactions are securely handled by our trading partner sage pay (formerly Protx). Sage Pay meets the requirements as a Level 1 compliant provider under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). This is the highest level of compliance.
We are also fully compliant with the requirements of PCI DSS.

We only record details when you register and log in to the website, if you do not register or log in, no data regarding your visit to the website is recorded.
When you register with us we record details of your invoice address, delivery address and your purchases for our own purposes. We never pass your details on to any third party except for our delivery partners in respect to the delivery address for your individual orders.

Every care has been taken to ensure accuracy of details however we reserve the right to change prices, amend product descriptions or discontinue stock lines without notification.
All prices on this website are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate where applicable.
RETURNS and REFUNDS
No refund will be given on items returned after 14 days. Items returned for refund or exchange must be unused, in the original packaging with the original labels attached.

We can accept no liability for returns lost in transit. If you would like an exchange item sent out then there will be an additional delivery charge.
For items returned that have been incorrectly ordered a processing charge not exceeding 15% of the original purchase price may be levied. For items incorrectly ordered carriage charges are non-refundable.
DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS - UK ONLY (COOLING OFF PERIOD)
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you are entitled to a cooling-off period of 7 days in which to cancel the contract without having to give a reason. This period starts from when you receive the goods. Should you wish to cancel the contract within this period please notify us in writing using the CONTACT US form and return the goods with 14 days of receipt. See 'RETURNS and REFUNDS' above for further details.
