OUT OF STOCK & PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Items that are marked as Pre-Order are temporarily out of stock but can be ordered on line in the usual way and they will be despatched as soon as they become available. If the product has an extended lead time we will let you know. In the event that we are unable to supply the item within a reasonable timescale we provide a full money back guarantee.
Items shown as “Sold Out” cannot be added to your shopping cart these items are are no longer available.
HOW TO ORDER WITHOUT CREATING AN ACCOUNT
We have now added the option for you to complete your purchase without creating an account.
Simply click on the continue tab that appears on the ‘log in’ screen. We will not hold any information about you other than that required to process and deliver your order. All your payment information is just as secure as if you had created an account but you will not have the opportunity to review any previous order history.
CREDIT & DEBIT CARDS via PayPal
All our transactions are securely handled by PayPal. You can still make your purchase using your Credit or Debit Card and you don’t have to have a PayPal account to do this, or if you prefer you can use your PayPal Account – the choice is yours
We do not store any of your Credit or Debit card details.
We only record details when you register and log in to the website, if you do not register or log in, no data regarding your visit to the website is recorded.
When you register with us we record details of your invoice address, delivery address and your purchases for our own purposes. We never pass your details on to any third party except for our delivery partners in respect to the delivery address for your individual orders.

Every care has been taken to ensure accuracy of details however we reserve the right to change prices, amend product descriptions or discontinue stock lines without notification.
EquePet is an independent retailer, and as such we endeavour to offer great service whilst remaining price competitive. We regularly check our prices to ensure we remain competitive, but if something is slipped our eye – then feel free to let us know!
We will endeavour to match any valid price, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Products must be identical, in stock, and from a UK store
- Price matched will include any applicable delivery charges
- Price matching can only be based on the competitors everyday pricing and not sale or promotional prices
- Price matching will not be undertaken retrospectively after a purchase has been made
Whilst we will endeavour to match any price presented to us, we do not guarantee to be able to match every price, and there will be occasional cases where we are unable to offer a price match.
Once a successful price match e-mail is received, prices are valid for 24 hours.
All prices on this website are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate where applicable.
RETURNS and REFUNDS
No refund will be given on items returned after 30 days. Items returned for refund or exchange must be unused, in the original packaging with the original labels attached.

We can accept no liability for returns lost in transit. We would suggest that returns are sent by Courier, Royal Mail Signed For or similar service that provides for Proof of Delivery.
If you would like an exchange item sent out then there will be an additional delivery charge.
For items returned that have been incorrectly ordered a processing charge not exceeding 15% of the original purchase price may be levied. For items incorrectly ordered carriage charges are non-refundable.

For overseas shipping our rates of exchange are are reviewed daily using Bloomberg Business Data
DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS - UK ONLY (COOLING OFF PERIOD)
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you are entitled to a cooling-off period of 7 days in which to cancel the contract without having to give a reason. This period starts from when you receive the goods. Should you wish to cancel the contract within this period please notify us in writing using the CONTACT US form and return the goods with 14 days of receipt. See ‘RETURNS and REFUNDS’ above for further details.
